Page-by-page analysis of large document stacks. OCR, structure extraction, summarization, and routing. Low clinical risk, immediate return, and it exercises the entire platform end to end — designed to be the first module a hospital installs.
Fax & Referral Triage — Pilot concept
Classify inbound faxes and referrals, extract the key fields (patient, sending provider, requested service, urgency), and route to the right department queue. Helps reduce manual sorting for the receiving team.
Records Request Processing — Pilot concept
Parse requests from attorneys, insurers, and outside providers. Extract scope, date range, and requested record types. Flag items for legal review before release.

Prior Authorization Drafting — Pilot concept
Assemble clinical justification letters from chart notes, imaging results, and payer criteria. A human clinician reviews and signs the draft before submission.
Denial Letter Analysis — Pilot concept
Extract denial reason codes, correlate them against the underlying encounter, suggest appeal grounds, and draft an appeal for the revenue cycle team to review.
Coding Assistance — Pilot concept
Suggest ICD-10 and CPT codes from encounter documentation for human coders to verify. Speeds throughput without removing the coder from the loop — they still own the final code set.

Discharge Summary Drafting — Pilot concept
